I dug into the difference Pebble’s software makes for kids’ activity providers (their niche-but-broad B2B audience) and realised they let their customers play to their strengths.
Because it’s the time activity providers spend running their sessions that counts. The admin that makes it all happen (from bookings to subscriptions to weekly registers) should be the last thing on their minds. And with Pebble, it is.
In fresh brand guidelines, I put this repositioning in context for the Pebble team and delivered the brand’s new story, tagline, values, tone of voice, vocabulary and style guide. I created key messaging on Pebble’s offering and approach, plus functional copy that rang true from Marketing to Customer Success. And I shifted the rebrand out from behind the scenes, writing Pebble’s new web copy and working with the web team in Framer.
Repositioning live, the team’s kept me on a retainer to review and write copy. Getting the brand voice out there — and landing with kids’ activity entrepreneurs.
